After waiting for millions of years, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will finally be released in 2023; the most recent instalment was released in 2017, so there has been a 5-year wait.

However, a god news for Guardians Fans, the MCU Phase 4 will officially come to an end with the November release of the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special on Disney+.

At San Diego Comic-Con, it was revealed that Guardian of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will hit theatres on May 5, 2023, and that the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special will air on Disney+ on November 25, 2022, capping off the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 had 5 post credit scenes, and in the 3rd one, we saw Ayesha, the head of the golden-skinned race known as the Sovereign, who is furious with the guardians and on top of that Rocket steals one of their batteries.

In order to undo the guardians of the galaxy, she created something better and more powerful that destroys things. And she gave it the name “Adam.” It was evident from this that Adam Warlock would undoubtedly appear in upcoming films; this was further supported by a leaked trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

But is he the antagonist of the film “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”? The answer is probably not. He will undoubtedly appear in the movie, but this does not mean that he will play a villainous role. This is because, in the comics, he is depicted as a perfect being who defends the galaxy from the darkest forces, including one that resides within himself.

But the Guardians—who go by the name Guardians of the Galaxy—are not at all a dark force.
