Venom and Eddie Brock agreed in Venom 1 that he can only eat bad guys, and on the TV, Spider-Man was depicted as a bad guy.

A portion of Venom is still on Earth 616 (our universe), as shown in the Spider-Man: No Way Home post-credit scene, even though everyone has been sent back to their own universes.

Thus, Spider-Man and Venom will face off in upcoming MCU films, but who will prevail in a battle of strength?

Venom is a symbiote who does not even require a host to fight others, although having a host body makes him even stronger but there is no denying the fact that Venom is way stronger than Spider-Man, Venom has a better healing factor than Spider-Man, he does not care about innocent people as much as Spider-Man does.

He has superhuman speed, stamina, agility, strength, and self-generated tentacles that help him fight enemies, and the healing factor is not only limited to him but he can also easily heal his host’s body.

Tom Holland’s Spider-Man has a very big advantage as compared to other Spider-mans and that is access to Tony Stark’s tech, and this also the biggest advantage he has against Venom, once Spider-Man learns about the weakness of venom, sonic vibrations and fire, he can can use some gadgets that do the same in his suit.

Spider-Man also has spider-sense which enables him to know in advance if something is about to go wrong but in the case of Venom, he seems to have like immunity against spider-sense, as in comics Spider-Man is unable to sense Venom.

Spider-Man might be the one of the stronger characters in the MCU but Venom has an edge over Spider-Man as Spider-Man needs a suit to fight against enemies like Venom and Venom dose not require anything, he can almost fight anywhere and anytime.

And on top of that Spider-Man’s spider-sense can not detect the upcoming attacks from Venom so Venom can always have an element of surprise, therefore if Peter fights Venom without a suit then he has no chances of winning against Venom.

But this does not mean Spider-Man has no chance at all against Venom, Venom might be strong but Spider-Man has better reflexes over Venom, and once he detects the weakness of Venom, Spider-Man can easily exploit Venom’s weakness to defeat him as Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man did.
