Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will kick start the MCU Phase 4, with the introduction of Kang The Conqueror.

In the Ant-man 3 trailer, we saw Kang inside the quantum realm and we saw Cassandra making a device which lead them into the quantum realm.

Actually, both Ant-man and Kang are stuck in the quantum realm, and both want to get out.
